๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ  [Dual Protection] The aquarium temperature controller is equipped with 2 relays to ensure that the power can be turned off under any circumstances, this will protect your fish from being hurt by overheated water. (US Socket Only). ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ [Two Probes] Your fish might be in danger as it is hard to know the probe is broken immediately if the temperature controller has only 1 probe. The dual probe aquarium temperature controller will alarm if the temperature difference between 2 probes is bigger than 3ยฐC/5ยฐF, and the app will push a notification at the same time. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ  [Continuous Heating Alarm] The heating time can be set according to your needs from 1 hour to 72 hours, the controller will alarm if water can not be heated to the setting temperature within the specified time. The temperature setting range is 20.0ยฐC~35.0ยฐC/68.0ยฐF~95.0ยฐF and the detectable temperature range is -40ยฐC~100ยฐC/-40ยฐF~212ยฐF. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ [Plug and Play] The 1100w high-power aquarium temperature controller is compatible with most kinds of heaters, you donโ€™t need to assemble the product yourself, just plug and play. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ [APP Notification] Pair the aquarium temperature controller with your phone via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, the device will alarm if there are exceptions. Currently (October 2020) there are three InkBird controllers with aquarium sensors. I've tried 306, this 306A (Wi-Fi) and 308S in my fresh and salt water tanks. The 308S model is best suited for aquariums. The temperature display on the 306 and 306A almost never changes. It can track the internal temperature as it changes, but if the display doesn't update I don't trust it. While the 306A's Wi-Fi capability is good, it has an annoying alarm clock feature that makes it unusable for my useโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

When I first got this the iPhone notifications from the app worked, but now as many others have reported they don't. You will not receive a notification on your phone if the temperature is above or below the set alarm level. So if you're not at home to hear the device beep, you'll have to manually open the app to see if your temperature is within acceptable range. The phone notification was the main reason for me to get the Wi-Fi version, so now this device makes very little difference compared

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Extremely inaccurate temperature changes

If you plan on using it in a reef tank, look elsewhere. The first annoying problem is that you have to set the temperature difference to 0.5 degrees. I like it when the temperature difference is a little less than 0.2 degrees from my main target temperature. If my target temp is 78 degrees Fahrenheit then I want the controller to keep it between 77.8 and no more than 78.2, I prefer to turn off the heater at 78. Again a 0.5 temp difference you have to keep it down in is just annoying, I can deal

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak
