The flexible outsole and highly breathable knitted upper fabric ensures the shoe moves with the foot. A great overall shoe for gym, training and weight lifting. HEEL SUPPORT - An external heel cage wraps around the rear of the shoe, providing a sturdy base for lifting. Whilst the addition of the wide toe box ensures added stability under heavy loads. Didn't take it! for men

Shoes are comfortable, but unless you use them just as slippers, don't expect them to last. I used mine for lifting weights, running, exercising etc and after a few months they developed a hole in the toe as shown in the photos.

Replacement for the original F-Lite 230, not as comfortable but great shoe.

This shoe replaces my original F-Lite 230. They are heavier and more durable. I only use them in the gym. But the F 230 was the most comfortable shoe ever! Send back the original F-Lite 230. A NOTICE. I always recommend people order their EU size instead of relying on US size. That has proved to be the case with this shoe. 45EU can be 10.5 to 11.5 US male. That's why I always order EU45 and it fits.

Strange shape and size

Fabric causes rash on Achilles tendon/ankle; 2-3 hours. in a boot with a sock and your feet stink! The heel sole is too narrow and there is no transverse arch support.

After I placed my order, I saw a message that someone else had received the shoes not like the pictures on the web. It happened to me too. Both images are uploaded here.

Wrong color as advertised

Shoes fit well but I thought I ordered what is advertised in the photo which is olive/khaki which runs through the entire shoe. Came closer to the sole on the sides white.

New favorite shoe brand

I bought these shoes for athletic shoes and they quickly became my everyday shoes. I really like them and I love that the company doesn't hit people over the head with politics, they just make and sell a quality sports product! Keep it up Inov-8!

Not quite the same color scheme as advertised

The shoes fit well but thought I'd order what is advertised in the photo which is the olive/khaki that runs throughout the shoe. Came closer to the sole on the sides white.
