I bought this for my 2 year old son as a Christmas gift. It shipped fine. The box wasn't damaged at all. I never opened it in the box, I just wrapped it. Well we put batteries in it like it said and boom. it wouldn't work. We used brand new batteries. We thought the batteries might have been defective so we bought more. Still did not work. I'm super bummed because my son was really excited about being able to play with this toy and he was sad and crying when we had to explain it was broken 💔

This product was a Christmas gift disappointment for my toddler. Only one side of the speaker works, the microphone doesn’t work when you speak into it, and the volume is obnoxiously loud when you turn it on. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this again.

My daughter is obsessed with all musical instruments and we needed a piano to add to her collection. This piano works great and has many fun features. The only negative was that it was slightly smaller than I was expecting but that’s my fault for not reading the description. Either way my daughter likes it and that’s all that matters.

Gave this to my son after getting tired of him demanding my phone for the piano app. He figured it out super quick and was entertained for dayyyys before he'd even put it down. the microphone that comes with is also very good.

Bought this for my son and bought headphones to go with it. It didn't work with any of the headphones I had even though they did fit. Was waaaay too loud and decided to return it for the sake of my sanity.

It was a present and when taken out of box it was broken and my son says it is Cheap I wouldn’t give it any stars. a piece of JUNK

We got this for my daughter for her 4th birthday and she loves playing with it. It always comes on really loud when you first turn it on but there is a volume button.

I was excited to purchase this for my grandson since it has keys to push as well as mallets, but I returned it as the second key (the D key) was out of tune and bothersome to the ear.

Poor quality product. Changed several sets of batteries and it it no longer works. After two days it started marking a continuous noise, untested to the controls and that would not change no matter what key is pressed. Do not buy this product. It is a complete waste of money and time!
