Description of πŸ”§ Jarrow Tool Square Carbide Mill: Precision and Durability for Superior Milling Performance

TiAlN coating for durability: Our industrial quality carbide end mills are machined from premium quality carbide with 55HRC TiAlN coating that offers high resistance to heat and oxidation. πŸ‘ They are made by Japan, Switzerland, and Germany production machines. Widely compatible: These four flute, square nose end mills are rotated against a piece of stock to create a flat-bottomed groove with a 90Β° corner. βœ”οΈThey are compatible with carbon steel, mould steel, stainless stee, titanium alloy, inconel and heat-resistant alloy, etc. πŸ˜‹ Ideal flute count: Our carbide end mill features 4 flute count, which is ideal for machining steel and harder alloys. Four flute end mills are suitable for all end mill operations, and they also allow for a faster feed rate. 😏 Versatile & productive: Square end mills are considered to be the most productive. They can be used for general purposes or high-performance geometries. Ideal for plunging, side milling, face milling, shoulder milling, grooving, and counterboring.

Worked fine! - End mill

The mill set comes in a rather ordinary pouch. Worked well with aluminum. Some sort of coolant is probably a good idea. No complaints!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Secret

Great beat! I'm glad you got

Works great. I've been using it on an industrial drill press for almost a month and it's still sharp. However, a decent cutting fluid is needed to avoid overheating the thicker stainless steel.

Pros
  • high marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Security

Works great clean cut

They do their job well good clean cut durable edge very happy with the results on soft and non tempered O1 steel. Also something used in aluminum, although optimized for other materials, still handles coolant very well. I will buy more in the future.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Zero

This is a professional quality set of 5 CNC bits (all the same size) made from individual plastic tubing, packaged and made from hard Tungsten Carbide (TC). Each has four 3/4" helical cutting flutes and a 1/4" square pan head. The overall length of the bit is 2.5". CNC routers are designed for metalworking and these bits have one Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN) surface treatment to increase heat resistance and reduce wear I can use this bit to cut metal on a CNC machine, not wood The beats…

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Large and Bulky

Fantastic for aluminum and G10!

I needed quality bits to cut out the small aluminum parts for the props and G-10 material for the knife handle. These beats worked great! They're a bit pricey compared to other small pieces, but they're worth it! Cuts are clean with no chips.

Pros
  • 😏 Versatility and Productivity: Square cutters are considered the most productive. They can be used for general purpose or heavy duty geometries. Ideal for plunge milling, face milling, face milling, shoulder milling, grooving and countersinking.
Cons
  • So far so good

delivers superb clean cuts

They do their job well, good clean cut, long life edge, very good results on unhardened and unhardened O1 steel. Also used a little in aluminium, although optimized for other materials, it still does very well with coolant. I will buy more in the future.

Pros
  • TiAlN Coated for Durability: Our industrial grade solid carbide end mills are manufactured from the highest quality carbide grade with a 55 HRC TiAlN coating that provides high resistance to heat and oxidation. πŸ‘ Manufactured on machines from Japan, Switzerland and Germany.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Pearl Inlay Artist! Don't pass by!

I'm a luthier who works with mother of pearl, abalone etc quite a bit. I cut inlay templates up and down the guitar neck, headstock and rosette. Occasionally I also use hardwoods and reconstructed stone. What. I use sizes from 1/8" to 1/32". The store I've bought these bits from in the past charges the same price for each size, regardless of size. They charge almost $25 each. I don't usually have problems with 1/16 and up, but 1/32? They break all the time! And there's nothing quite like that…

Pros
  • πŸ˜‹ Perfect number of flutes: Our solid carbide end mill has 4 flutes, ideal for steel and harder grades. Four flute end mills are suitable for all end milling operations and also offer higher feed rates.
Cons
  • Very expensive
