We moved into a house that had a single 14 inch towel rail in the master bathroom. I replaced that towel rail with this one and couldn't be happier. This is great because the wire is completely hidden in the metal touching the wall so you don't have to see the wire at all (depending on your setup). Connecting the wire was easy and I'm very glad I went for it did run it in the wall (rather than just using the cable that came with it).

We ordered a larger size so two people can use this heated towel rail. Requires simple towel management and towel folding in half for two people. I love that it has an on/off button on the front panel as well as 2H and 4H settings where you can see it's on/off. We've only had it a week, but I really like it. Reminds me of a European luxury hotel. We bought brushed nickel.

It has rained a lot here or when I've been riding in the cold, the armor for my bike gets wet very easily, and this item works well for gentle drying Treads after a delicate wash. The heating function takes about a few minutes before feeling warm to the touch, but it has worked very well so far and while I don't have a vertical setup, this is great for drying things that need to be put down or are small to store keep. hung up 😃👍

We needed a second towel warmer but the one we had bought earlier (great hardware) had sold out so we went with this one. good size (fits several large towels) so we pulled the trigger. It arrived in good condition and looks sturdy but that was the end of the positives. Installing this thing is a royal pain. Zero installation instructions were drilled through. It dries towels which I really need in this humid climate. Unfortunately it has too many bad features for the price. there was almost nothing left of it. I picked it up at the post office and all I could see was a rack with pieces of cardboard hanging from it. The corners of the "box" were missing.
