Unsurpassed quality and customer service

was returned after a cosmetic defect (after 4 years of use) which is easily repaired. Excellent quality and functionality, should last forever.

Couldn't get any better

Both the contractor and the plumber who installed this were pleasantly surprised at the quality, performance and performance of this item. It's worth the money. If it fits your job, do it!

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons

Well built and looks good

I bought this drain for a Kohler bath that I have just installed. Works well, pretty easy to set up and closes tight. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the poor installation instructions. I understand they are mostly installed by experienced plumbers, but the instructions are very basic and seem to skip steps. I recommend the product, just be prepared for the installation which can be difficult for the average homeowner.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best
