My son gives it a "thumbs up "

My son's choice as a birthday present and the last element he needs for his car's "melodious" audio system. It must be working pretty well because now you can hear him walking the block.

Great amp for the price.

Amplifier installed about a week with 2) NEW Kenwood KFC-W3016PS 12 and Boss8 farad sound cover. So far this amp does the job and the subs sound great. So far there are no problems. Make sure everything is set up for the speakers and that all settings are within the specifications of the amplifiers and subwoofers. My settings are moderately low, but when it's on it really hits the spot.

  • Pleased
Cons
  • Only available in black

It will make you think

As this is my first home built subsystem, this amp ticks all my boxes. It's definitely powerful and sounds really good with my subwoofers. Over the past few months I've learned how to tune it to get the best sound. I'm pretty sure everyone has moments when they don't want a heavy bass sound and want to control it separately and I found there was no control so I bought a universal volume control. (twice 12 s, 800 RMS at 2 ohms)

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are flaws

I had high hopes for this amp, it worked for about a few minutes and won't turn back on. I believe that this product came with a defect and it was just an unreliable device. I will send it back to replace another one. They gave me no problem with a replacement. This is why I rated a star and I'm getting a refund and I'm going with another app a little bigger and stronger hopefully something that stays active for more than a few minutes

Pros
  • certified GOLS
Cons
  • weak

Less Than Expected for Car Audio

I expected more from Kenwood. I had two different brand amps for each subwoofer and the total output was about 1200 watts. 760 for one and 500 for the other. I just wanted to switch to one amp to power both. It works well and hasn't given me any problems in the last two years, but it doesn't sound as good as the two amps I've had before. Do not get me wrong. These are absolute bangers, but I expected there to be more. It might be because it's a candy bar, but I'm still not entirely sure what…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good performance, good sound and doesn't overheat

Purchased to drive a 12" Kicker 41VL7122 subwoofer in a vented enclosure (also purchased from Revain). I was a bit skeptical/skeptical about the Rated power but was pleasantly surprised! This amp was perfect for the Kicker L7 12. The amp produces a good clean output and doesn't get hot.I've been driving a 2016 Ford Edge SUV for a factory trim panel for over a month and here we are ended up in Texas with over 106 degrees F. Would give it a 5 star rating if it came with a remote bass control I…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Can't hear my wife in the car, five stars

I have two 12" Renegade subwoofers in the trunk that sing great now that everything is hooked up. I guarantee any one star reviews something wrong with their setup, not the amp I was having trouble grounding my wire so would cut in and out first Ground wire moved to a more conductive spot, no problems since My subs are 300 RMS each, so I bought a slightly larger amp. If you buy an amp that's too small, it won't work the way you want it to. Even if you installed it at a pro audio shop. Be honest

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Will do

The perfect match, Fosgate Shallow 10 " DVC 2 Ohm P3

Both subwoofers are connected in series/parallel to both DVC subs, resulting in this amplifier delivering 500 watts into that earwax at 4 ohms and King Crew Cab moves Pounders! (2016 Ford F-150 barely visible under the back seat) This amp will hardly warm up in this configuration. The speakers SOUND tight, just when I think they can't punch any harder. Other benefits this amp provides: High level input, not only is this great for avoiding wiring to a fixture with a low RCA output, but it also…
