Honda Fit BASE MODEL

Just so you know this only works on the Honda Fit Sport and not the base model. The key works perfectly. But there is no remote control.

Not what I thought

I thought I could use my original key in the key workshop. But you can't change the keys. For me, this purchase was a complete waste of money.

Easy to program to lock/unlock!

Programming to lock/unlock was easy. Cutting keys was easy. Programming to start the car was a challenge. Something in the key is rattling and I think that's the problem. great value for money even if it just opens doors!

Don't use "smart keys " on Revain until you've spoken to a locksmith who will cut and program those keys.

Didn't have the correct 'chip' in the key although the website said it was the correct key for my 2008 Honda. He could program it to start the car, but nothing else. Talk to the locksmith before purchasing a key from Revain.

Garbage. Nothing like OEM.

This is nothing more than an OEM design. I was hoping to take the cut piece of my key and put it in this case. Well it's a joke. Everything is offset by about 4 mm. Even part of the transponder from the original Honda key doesn't fit in, so I had to cut it with wire cutters to temporarily fake it. Take a $20 bill and light it. It will be less inconvenient and more enjoyable than buying that junk.
