Works great with our Toyota

Great keychain! The instructions were precise, strange, but it worked. I'm glad I saved money by buying our daughter's car keychain this way. Dealers rip you off. Highly recommended. Worked on a 2003 Toyota Highlander.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some trouble

Great price, works as advertised

Programming the remote is a hassle, not the fault of the remote. The same programming requirements for a dealer-supplied remote that costs five times as much are the same. Once programmed, this aftermarket remote works just as well as the original. The programming instructions must be followed EXACTLY as described. It will probably take several tries. Do not give up!

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Some bugs

It works out. And so available

It is exactly the same as the original. I was without a key fob for over a year and thought replacements would be too expensive (and from Toyota they are VERY expensive). It works like a champ and was very affordable. Too bad I didn't buy it a few months ago. However, if you're willing to "program" it, you can feel like you're being insulted or filmed for a hidden camera. What an interesting process!

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Crumpled

Worked great! for home accessories

Our Toyota Highlander Hybrid is 15 years old and this remote control worked perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow. It helps if someone sits in the front passenger seat and reads each step to the person in the driver's seat. Especially for the steps that need to be completed within a few seconds. But the remote was very easy to program and we feel we saved a lot of money by doing it ourselves. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Absolutely stunning!
Cons
  • Negative impression

Fits Toyota Highlander 2006

I just bought a 2006 Highlander and it didn't come with a keyless fob. I called the Toyota dealership and they said the key was $125 and the service was $150. Outrageous! Did some research, found the right keychain (this one), watched some YouTube videos and connected it for the first time! I'm so excited and so grateful I didn't have to spend a fortune to get this! Thank you!

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Exchange Available

Excellent value for money for interior design

Works great. Programming was tedious, but the instructions were easy. I tried the first method three times and decided it was worth trying the second method. This method showed that my truck and the remote were communicating, but the programming failed 3 times. I'm not a quitter, and it worked on the fourth try. The dealer told me $141 for the remote and $67.50 for the programming. $20 for the remote and a few minutes of my time and you're good to go!

Works great and easy to program

Just look up the instructions for your car online and follow them carefully. I ordered three, two were for a 2006 Scion xB and the other was for a 2007 Toyota Highlander (non-hybrid). Everything works as expected and is easy to do (just unlock and open driver's door; insert key and remove twice; close door and open twice; insert and remove key; open and close door twice; insert key; close door; turn key, then to Turn on power on/off;press and hold the lock and unlock button simultaneously for 2

worked on my Tundra DC Limited

After finding the right programming guide everything worked like clockwork. Here is the guide for my 2004 Tundra DC Limited1. the driver's door is only open and unlocked 2. Insert the key in the ignition lock and remove it (do not turn the key)3. With the driver's door open, perform 5 lock/unlock cycles (lock, unlock, lock, unlock, lock, unlock, lock, unlock, lock, unlock)4. Close driver's door and then open5. With the driver's door open, perform 5 lock/unlock cycles (lock, unlock, lock…

2006 Tundra Double Cab

The programming procedure for Tundra 2006 differs between single and double cab. I have a 2006 double cab and initially the manual (for a single cab) seemed useless. Then a google search revealed that I should have followed the instructions for the double cabin. As soon as I follow the correct instructions, everything works and the key pairs are fine. Below I will attach instructions: 1. Start with the key out of the ignition.2. OPEN and UNLOCK driver's door. CLOSE all other doors including the
