As others have said, after installing the fixtures I was disappointed that the fixtures did not sit flush with the wall. The hanger is made from cheap sheet metal and the weight of the fixings seems to bend it away from the wall after installation. I thought I might be able to just tighten the knobs for the screws that attach the bracket to the outboard hardware, but unfortunately the screws that stick out of the outboard hardware slip out of position and just spin in circles, without being…

We bought this light to replace an ugly brown light with yellowish spheres that make the light appear less white. Also, you couldn't remove the cleaning balls without removing the retaining ring, which is difficult to remove. This one came whole, all details are in order, there are no chips on the globes.
