Much easier to set the water level in my reef tank's sump. I had a cheap Menards ball valve to control the flow of water into the sump. Only the water level in the sump was possible, until I installed a new valve GVG-1000, it is much easier for me to regulate the constant water level in the sump.

I'm remodeling my sprinkler system so I bought this valve to shut off the main line to the sprinkler valve manifold. The valve does not close completely. When it is fully closed, water will still drip. As it is a sliding fitting I cannot pull it out and return it after it is cemented in place.
