I don't know if it's chalk paint or blackboard markers. My daughter painted her Halloween decorations and now wants to change them for Christmas. We tried everything and couldn't delete it. Super disappointed.

I have no primer and only needed two coats. I left it for 24 hours and it was great. I have to wipe it often, but it's a chalkboard! I have three small children who are NOT easy to deal with, we drew roads and rolled cars on them, they dance, jump and lie on this table and it stops. :) The bottom and sides have been painted with chalk, the finish is different.

We bought this color to make a magnetic board in the kitchen. This color is very easy to use. Very nice! I bought 1kw. This to paint a chalkboard on my living room wall that was light beige. I only applied one thick coat to cover an 8' x 5.5' area and it worked great without a second coat. It took 1/3 maybe 3/4 of a can so I could probably use more. My wall wasn't smooth as recommended, but that wasn't a big problem - the chalk lines just weren't very clear when drawing/writing. Looks good, but even after professional training and finishing it doesn't work as advertised. Ordinary school chalk (not a chalk marker) will NOT wash off with a dry cloth or eraser. I had to use a wet rag which after several uses started peeling the paint off. This was unfortunate because I framed it with an 8' x 14' wall. This chalkboard paint is amazing! He's really fat. I bought to paint over the whiteboard in the cage I was renovating. I used a 4" foam brush. I think I applied it too thickly because it started dripping on top as the second coat dried.
