Good quality and didn't stink

They arrived with simple but tidy packaging. They didn't have any blemishes or defects, and after a few weeks of use, seem like they will hold up for a long time. The best thing for me was these bands do not smell like toxic fumes, so I could enjoy using them. These work great with the door and grip hardware from my old stinky set of bands that I threw away. Overall, no complaints.

Pros
  • Effective in bridging a gap in gym membership due to surgery. Great quality.
Cons
  • Limited resistance range for advanced lifters

Exactly what I needed! Great for working out

I got a set of resistance bands before. However, they were only really good for solid leg work outs, but these are definitely more versatile in terms of what you can do with body weight exercises, and since gyms are closed down I really only have access to these!(and some screw on weights) And these are pretty great, so far I've only used the red/black one and they've been doing wonders for me. Seem really durable and solid so far! I really don't know if i'll use the very thick ones, but I'll…

Pros
  • These are a huge help
Cons
  • Not suitable for certain styles of weightlifting, such as Olympic lifting

Cost vs Durability ?

Got these to add to my home gym setup. With every workout item being inflated in price due to demand during Covid-19, this set of resistance bands was on the cheaper side of the spectrum. It survived today’s workout and I will update if there are any changes. I just hope the purple band which has a blemish (see photo), doesn’t snap and hit me in the face like some of the other reviewers mentioned! 😅Pros:- Cost (some sets with same number of bands and resistance go for double these)Cons:- There

Pros
  • I got theses to add to my gym workout best Decision I’ve made
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for certain exercises

Love the variety - my new review

I got these to replace some that I'd had for 10 plus years and they were wearing out. I am so excited that I was able to get all the sizes I need in one pack. I haven't had this much variety ever! They are thick and durable and they stretch without leaving marks or threatening to tear. The color spectrum is cool. I can see these lasting for many years and there is so much they can be used for in the gym! Great price for the whole kit!

Pros
  • Some of the bands are way too stiff at first, someone with less strength wont be able to break them in
Cons
  • Bands may have a shorter lifespan than other equipment

Great for PT but Stinky

This is a great resistance band for my physical therapy exercises. It smells horrific though. I've had them for a few weeks now & the stench is as bad today as it was on day 1. I have to keep it in a tightly closed drawer. If I leave it out on a table, the whole room will stink.I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the horrible smell.

Pros
  • Having four different bands gives a lot of options for using them.
Cons
  • I did not like these at all! Gave them away! They do not "stretch" as needed.

Great travel companion

I travel constantly for work and every hotel gym is different. This makes it impossible to have a consistent workout routine, as I never know what type of equipment will be available before I arrive. I can get a full body workout with the bands and don't even have to leave my hotel room. Now I have a consistent routine I can stick to no matter where I am.Pro tip: get yourself a door anchor along with these to increase versatility. Tons of great tutorials on YouTube - checkout James Grage's…

Pros
  • I used them everyday with equipment attached and they are amazing
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain fitness apps or trackers

Strong, Flexible and Use Them Everyday

I’ve used these every day since I bought them — I love the strength of each and all serve their own purpose for me. You can get incredible results using these for slouched shoulders, and even overall back development if you loop it on an anchor point.I’ve noticed absolutely no wear & tear - but I’m not concerned if they stay true to their warranty (it comes in the box, just sign up to their website with your order # for a lifetime warranty.) No complaints from me, I suspect you’ll like them.

Pros
  • Exactly what I ordered. Great value.
Cons
  • Limited instruction manual and exercise guide

They are very durable and easy to use.

I liked having the different strength bands. It makes it easier to be able to use higher or lower weights. They are very versatile and there are numerous exercises that you can do for your entire body.

Pros
  • ‎LEEKEY
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for heavy lifting

I use it during my physical training to help me walk again

I love it because it makes me feel like I am training my legs to gain strength to walk better 🦵. I am very excited using these bands to make my stronger and feel better about myself.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced bodyweight exercises

Inexpensive and great quality for home workouts

Like a lot of us, haven't been to the gym since the start of the pandemic. There are lots of great articles about how bands can not only be a temporary substitute, but a replacement long term. (Bands provide progressive difficulty across the move and allow hitting muscles from multiple angles while dumbells rely on gravity for resistance). I've only had for about a month, but they are very strong and reliable so far. I have these for looped bands and a set of other bands with handles. I like…

Pros
  • Resistance Bands
Cons
  • Bands may snap back and cause injury if not used properly

Great for strength training

I have been using these bands for two weeks (5x a week). They have held up well. I use them with a door anchor, as well as, body supported. I have not seen any wear or dubious spots indicating premature failure. I just wish it came with an additional 5lb or 10lb band. When comparing prices for free weights, a bench, and some type of rack to bands. It is shocking. Covid-19 or not. Throw in a pullup bar and you can use them to assist if needed.

Pros
  • Durability: Made from high-quality materials, the LEEKEY Resistance Band Set is designed to last. Unlike other bands that can snap or tear over time, these bands are built to withstand the rigors of continuous use
Cons
  • May not be as effective for improving cardiovascular fitness

Very Strong Bands for my opinion

As a gym fanatic who, like many, is affected by the pandemic, I'm scrambling to find alternative methods of maintaining my muscle mass until gyms reopen. Resistance bands really work. If you wish to maintain muscle mass, you can work your muscles to exhaustion through repetition. (No, this is not better than weights, but it will hold you over until the gyms reopen). This is a REALLY good collection of bands. There is a full range of resistance, and these are VERY strong. They're rubber, so they…

Pros
  • These are good quality resistant bands and are extremely hard to break. Highly recommended.
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for leg exercises

Bands are Nice and Durable

Bands are nice and durable plus a good add to my home gym so to speak. I did find that it is interesting that nothing is marked to demonstrate what type of resistance to expect other than by the thickness you can tell what is heavier and lighter but not how much so.

Pros
  • Functionality: The LEEKEY Resistance Band Set offers a wide range of exercises for various fitness levels, making it an ideal choice for those looking to add some versatility to their workout routine
Cons
  • May not be as effective for improving athletic performance compared to other training methods

Good quality, good price

Was as advertised. Unfortunately, only one of the bands met my needs. This was the first time I have bought a product like this. Not a product fault; I just had expected more use out of the other bands.

Pros
  • These resistance bands are lightweight and compact, which makes them an ideal exercise tool for people who want to train at home, at the office, or on the go
Cons
  • May be uncomfortable to use for prolonged periods of time

2 year update (Original post below): Up to 8 clean pull ups consistently (10 on a really good day) but still use the bands to get more volume. Today, the black band finally snapped. I've been using the black band twice a week for 3 sets of assisted pull ups for the past 9 months (since covid forced me to work out at home). I've been using the red band every other day for stretching. It definitely has less resistance than before, but is still holding up. I got my money's worth out of the black…

Pros
  • Good for Stretching and Resistance: Our resistance bands work for anyone need stretching out those sore achy muscles after a workout and stiff ones for before the workout. You can use them to stretch out before deadlifts and squats.
Cons
  • May require added weights or equipment to increase resistance

So far so good: my feedback

I was skeptical at first. I received my bands in good condition. I was worried that like the thinner, physical therapy bands, there would be some pinching when the band stretched and contracts but there's none of that. I was skeptical about using bands instead of free weights but with some creativity, I was able to replicate the movements I'd usually do at the gym. I still prefer free weights but was able to get just as good of a workout with these. If you're on the fence, I feel like I got…

Pros
  • ‎1.15 Kilograms
Cons
  • May not be as durable as other forms of resistance training equipment

So far, so good for my opinion

These work really well. I use them for biceps, chest, triceps and squats. Bands are wonderful for those who have older bodies with injured joints. It is comforting to know that I can continue to workout through my 60s and beyond.

Pros
  • I do strength and flexibility workouts. My trainer was very pleased with the quality of these bands.
Cons
  • Bands may have a strong odor

Ordered 2 sets - my new review

I have been using these bands for added resistance on deadlifts and rack pulls. They are holding up well and help with adding resistance at the lockout of the pull.

Pros
  • I use them for warm up reps before weights
Cons
  • May not provide enough challenge for more experienced lifters

4- Month Review in my review

Overall good product. Appears to be above average quality and provides an excellent tool for a great workout. Like any brand of loop style exercise bands, the lighter bands wear out quickly. The attached picture shows an example of a tear that is consistently found throughout the green and blue bands. This renders the bands unsafe to use after 4- months. I purchased two sets of the Leekey 5- set bands, alternate between them, which is why it’s slightly disappointing to see extensive tearing…

Pros
  • ‎JLQ-RB01
Cons
  • Bands may lose their elasticity quickly with frequent use

Worked out for a guy who normally lifts heavy weights

My boyfriend loved these bands. He use to be a physique fitness addict. During the pandemic of covid when he couldn’t go to the gyms he was dying! Luckily I had bought him this for Christmas and it was his only source of having any sort of heavy lifting. He was able to maintain muscle just by simply using these and they also worked out for him with just stretching. Super comfortable and flexible, no issues and he used them almost everyday for months.

Pros
  • They are awesome for assisting with my pull ups and stretching after a workout.
Cons
  • May be too bulky or inconvenient to transport
