Perfect for displaying minifigures

I bought this stand to use as a 'stand' for my LEGO minifigures and it works great for that purpose. It's sturdy, a nice size and bright colors, and serves as a great way to display my minifigures so they don't tip over or get lost.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Some little things

Very durable and good value

This is a great little product that will keep your feet from hurting. I made the mistake of not reading carefully and assumed it was one large rug. It is not. I think only the gray ones are bigger and cost about $14. This is perfect if you have a toddler just getting started with Lego and the price is amazing too.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • No instructions

Easy to cut with scissors

I had to cut the backing plates with scissors because I was uncomfortable with other cutting tools. I found them fairly easy to cut through, although I may have cut them a little crooked. I used strong double sided tape and created a great base for my project. Note. I stayed away from non-Lego brands because some reviewers said they were difficult to cut.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

It's a blue lego board.

I don't know how this can't get 5 stars. Great quality and none of the brands I've tried fit perfectly like Lego. The prices tend to be a bit high, but I think it was a few bucks off, so it's good value, and I'm pretty sure that after the apocalypse the only things that will be left will be Legos, roaches, and tardigrades . If I had one criticism, maybe they could connect better by connecting multiple boards. But great for further development.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Some cons

Real Lego works great - avoid fakes!

These signature Lego plates feature the word 'LEGO' on each bump on the board! Details are undoubtedly perfectly and securely fixed. I tried to save money and bought plates in bulk from an unknown brand, big mistake. Don't buy fakes with smooth curves that look good. Your items will pop out or be difficult to put on. It's uneven garbage. If you can afford hundreds of Legos, you can afford these five dollar plates.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Not as thick as other lockpicks

Perfect for your LEGO DIY table!

I bought 8 of these LEGO base plates to build my own LEGO table. I had an old coffee table that I wanted to turn into a LEGO table and I decided to use these LEGO base plates to form a table top for the Legos to rest on. I bought 8 packs and used gorilla glue to line them up on the coffee table glass insert and they came out great! Affordable, strong and durable LEGO table. Much better than the old cheap chipboard we had before this table.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Hard to say

It's a very weak base.

TL;DR is a very weak baseplate. Not the sturdy type like regular LEGO. I've never had a LEGO baseplate. I have a table that looks like a smaller version of LEGO MOVIE (I). Much smaller version. So I expected it to be very durable, especially since my kids were normal kids - rude with toys. Unfortunately, this base plate was very thin. It folded easily with minimal fuss and when it was shipped in bubble wrap I thought it was the book I ordered. However, if you took it in a horizontal position…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Great product but expensive like all LEGO's

I bought several of these base plates in different colors to use on my grandchildren's Lego tables (picture attached). Using 4 of these 10" x 10" panels on an Ikea "Lack" side table makes a great Lego work surface for young builders. There are cheaper, fake versions of the baseplates out there, but the reviews (warping, poor fit, etc.) scare me. So the table itself is $10-15 and the plates are around $40 (for some reason the price varies depending on the color!). If you decide to build one of…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Blue is back! suitable for building toys

Blue is back LEGO only discontinued the blue baseplate 4 years ago and replaced it with a brown one. This put the LEGO world in a dilemma as the masons were unable to add and/or start their water scenes. Now from 2018 everything has changed. sure to complement your town and/or LEGO scene. Be aware that there are other fakes that offer a blue baseplate, but they are not of the same quality and generally do not fit like LEGO baseplates. While a lower price can be attractive, you risk sacrificing…
