Premium PROMISE Torch Lighters: Refillable Single Jet Flame for Candle Grill BBQ Camping (Brown+Black, Set of 2) Review

I bought these to replace one of those cheap pressure flashlights. I recently used a jet flame lamp and was looking for something similar. It works the same and takes up less space in my backpack. The only thing I would like to point out is that this flashlight has no safety and my 6 year old is obsessed with it so I have to hide it at the risk of it burning my house down.

Two lighters for $15 I was expecting ease of use, fit and probably disposable. They filled easily and with two clicks I had a blue fire. Two small caveats before I even lit anything with it. First, they have very small tanks, so have butane on hand. Second, if the butane overflows the tank while filling, it will leak throughout the tank. Butane evaporates faster than my budget, so give it a minute.

I read the negative reviews and since I received them there have been no problems with them. User error can also be an issue if you don't know how to properly fill your torches 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I would definitely recommend this. I'm super clumsy so I've dropped it a few times and it continues to work well. I will say that it has a small tank so will need to be refilled frequently depending on how strong you want your flame. But it's not uncommon anyway. Buy this!

Overall this is a very good lighter. But only if you fill it up. Nipple or nozzle, call it what you will. To get stuck. And you need to heat it and tap it to seal it. It's not as good as a more expensive one that looks exactly the same. The petrol can is not very big. So you have to keep refilling. In addition, it always shines well, almost always when it's cold it doesn't burn so much, I think every lighter does that.
