This tool doesn't deform, this tool works

A great tool for carrying mufflers or pipes that have fallen and bent with you. This tool is very durable and is great for reinforcing those pipes and mufflers.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Reliability

Did the job on exhaust and emissions

A bit pricey for what it is but got the job done. It's a lot harder than I thought. The paint will chip and fly all over the place if you hit it with a hammer, so safety goggles are a must.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Not everything fits

actually worked. on Exhaust & Emissions

The best way to do this is to use this tool to cut slits in the pipe you want to flare, then drive the end with a large hammer to open the pipe. If you don't cut the grooves it still works but not as well and you need a really big hammer.

Pros
  • Nice package
Cons
  • I don't remember

It's pretty heavy and durable. Nothing fancy

This tool does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is to shape the edge of thin-walled tubing. It's pretty heavy and durable. Nothing fancy, just a conical piece of steel with a thick bar inside that's hit with a hammer. I used a small sledgehammer and hit it hard enough to bend the metal of the pipe. Works perfectly.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket wrench
