Replacement Fits Car & Car Electronics

My old Ducer has become unreliable. It is installed inside the boat in a 4 inch pipe. It goes through the body. I think the water in the pipe froze and damaged the channel. This is an exact replacement for my 8 year old Cuda.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Upgradable

ALMOST a perfect replacement

Although it works with my older Cuda 240 GPS/Sonar unit, the connector is not as tight as I would like and the transducer connector has a threaded ring which my unit will not accept, so I have to rely on the friction of the fork itself. However, it works perfectly.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Empty

Fits my Eagle Fishmark 480

Got this to replace my Eagle Fishmark 480. The viewfinder indicated up to 30 feet and then failed. Eagle support has reported that the sensor is failing. I received this replacement and it was plug 'n play, no problem. The plug is slightly different from the original as it has a screw connection, but my Fishmark 480 didn't have that. It just slides in without holding anything, but it's a solid connection. There is no built-in fuse holder included. Use the old one or buy a new one at almost any…

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Clarity

1st was defective

Bought for my Eagle Fish Mark 480; The connector fitted properly and worked well for about an hour and then started reading erratic depth readings. While I was at a depth of 11 feet, the reading was over 300 feet! Luckily I was familiar with the lake and the console had a second sonar that was always accurate. I sent it back and ordered the same model as a replacement. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is the only problem. Also, the length of the power cord is very short (about 4 feet).

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Works well, but first you need to know something.

I bought this converter because I needed an extra one. There are no complaints about the sensor itself. It is exactly the same as the one that originally came with my Eagle Cuda sonar. However, I have one complaint. The owner's manual for my Eagle fish finder is very clear that you MUST install a 3 amp built in fuse. If I MUST install it, why isn't this converter included? If I had known, I would have ordered one. I tried to find one locally but found the fuse holders for such a small amp to be

  • Best in its niche
