I've only used it once and I hope to get the benefits it promises. It is uncomfortable to use while lying down, so it is better to sit or be at an angle. The lying pressure was a bit intense. Easy to use with a remote control to change the lighting you want to use. I chose 4 different settings for 5 minutes each. Do not read or watch TV while using it, so just close your eyes and relax. .I'll be back after a few more uses.I also bought a Luma facial steamer!Love it!

MY REVIEW IS NOT BASED ON PRODUCT PERFORMANCE OR APPLICATION. It seems like a great homemade facial tool, but I'm disappointed to have received a returned item after paying for a new one. The product appears to be unused but the outer packaging was not wrapped in plastic (as seen in the unboxing video) and other Pure Daily Care items that I purchased. This mask may work for others. That doesn't mean this product is bad. It just wasn't for me. The mask itself was packaged very well. However, I have very sensitive skin and on first use it made dents under my eyes and over my mouth (heavy mask). For a good 20 minutes. Needless to say I had to send it back.
