ORIGINAL 12/17/20: Used for candy bags that children can take along the road on remote holidays. Haven't tested it on wet sandwiches etc. I was able to re-glue the top when I forgot something (very carefully). UPDATE: 1/21/21: The red discoloration is coming off and looks like blood (and gets on the food too). Do not use these bags with anything remotely wet. Although I've always been able to reseal the bag carefully in the past, at lunchtime I just rip it open and throw the bag in the bin.

I use them to make cold lunch rolls for my kids so we don't spend a lot of time packing lunch in the morning or evening and these bags work great and reduce plastic waste. With three kids we can eat 20-25 sandwiches a week just at lunchtime and I was amazed at how these bags hold up in the freezer and how the sandwich thaws! I bought it because we are trying to be more careful with plastic in our house. It seemed like a great solution. However, the grip when closing the bags is almost TOO strong to tear the bags every time we use them. So if my kids don't finish what's in the bag, the bag breaks so they can't even fold it up to protect whatever it is.
