Made of very weak metal!

Installed on my bike, looking forward to putting it upright for adjustment and repair. Decided to take a break and sit on the bike for a few minutes. After a few minutes I noticed it was starting to roll to the left, so I moved a little to the right to straighten it. A few more seconds and he was leaning to the left ready to fall, so I dismounted and looked at the stand. The left leg was very clearly bent forward and slightly to the left. No, the mounting screw was NOT loosened. All of this…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Has defects

I read the reviews - I focused on the bad ones. People have complained that an 8mm wrench is required. Well, that's the standard for coasters. So. You need it to remove the old one - you can use the same tool for the new one. People complained that it was too big. You can't tell how tall something is before ordering, let alone saw off a few inches with a hacksaw to make it shorter. People have complained that the footrest angle is too close to the ground. This is a reasonable complaint for…

It holds the bike well but rubs the ground when turning.

I really liked the idea of a motorcycle that looks like a stand for my bike. I have a gravel driveway and the regular side stand just couldn't handle it. It works well to hold my bike. However, the main problem is that the stand hangs when not in use. It can hardly be folded from a standing position. The motorcycle stand stands straight down when in use and folds 90 degrees when not in use. This thing lays straight when in use and then folds down to maybe 45 degrees when not in use. Needless to

Works well for regular 26 " but not adjustable as stated in the description.

Works great, easy to install and thankfully it worked on my slightly odd setup. I would give 5 stars except that the description says it's adjustable and of course it isn't. My bike is 26" but the chainstay is mounted above the bottom bracket so I needed a bit more so the "adjustable" size is 26" to 29". I figured I could set it up and that's it. No, as it is not adjustable as the description says. It's a good thing I'm not stupid and have a welder or I would have wasted money, but steel is…

Poor design and possibly unsafe

I bought this stand based on a lot of positive reviews. It's well made judging by the photos, but I'm not impressed after putting it on the bike. It's probably height adjustable, but you can't do that without a rotary tool or angle grinder. The stand raises the rear wheel about four inches off the ground. This makes it impossible to use the jiffy stand when towing a trailer, which is the main reason I bought the jiffy stand. I suppose you could pry off the plastic legs and cut off a piece of…

Good heavy duty two legged stand for my mountain bike

I got a great price from Revain with "open stock" offers for this heavy duty two legged bike stand. I put it on my heavy duty electric Currie mountain bike. It used to have just a monopod and it was impossible to do any work on the bike with it. Since it ended up on the side of the bike list, it also took up a lot of storage space. I read many other reviews before I bought it. The biggest complaint was that when "raised" for riding, the footpeg is slanted and still angled downβ€”too close to the…

This requires a change!

1st modification, has a much longer bolt to fit a DiamondBack mountain bike. 2nd modification, I couldn't get the top plate forward far enough for the bolt to go straight to the stand. (By the way, you'll need an angle grinder with a metal cutting disc.) So I cut off the front of the mounting plate a bit so the screw goes straight through the frame. 3. Modification. Now when you try to screw the stand to the bottom of the bike, the stand will not sit flat due to the bottom bracket. Getting back
