I bought this lock to replace an old Master backpack lock I had for years. First off, this lock is BIG, over 3 inches long and heavy. I was able to install it on my locker at work with relative ease, but then couldn't remove it without bending the lock to the point where it wouldn't work. This is a very small padlock - a bit bulky for a backpack but too small for serious use. The mouth opens only slightly, it is thin and there are only three numbers. So it's not a serious lock for expensive things. But I found it (barely) matched the special lockers at my gym - it's very cute and quirky, light and, frankly, cool and fun.
