I have owned this rug for just over a year. I agree with another reviewer that the mat should be made of rubber and not plastic. Although I tighten the mat slowly, the front wheel stopper of the mat is wrinkled. There is not enough tape on the mat and the mat moves. Works great with my Kia Soul, you can easily feel a small bump and a big bump reliably stops the car. Not great with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4. As other reviews have noted, there is nothing about this material that sticks so it doesn't stay in place. But if you like me, it will stay safe (on a concrete garage floor) for 4 years. Clean the concrete well with soap, rinse several times and wipe with Windex. If your concrete contains a lot of oil, use triple superphosphate (TSP) instead of soap.
