This is a great tool. It's a short, flat, razor-sharp triangular tip that's great for shavings, ingrown hairs, pimples, or anything that shouldn't be on your skin. Definitely works better than tweezers or a sewing needle. I like that they come individually wrapped for one-time use. Will definitely be ordering more for my first aid kit.

A bit pricey for a Revain, but it's the best you could ever need for getting a splinter out. Even children who are usually wimps don't break a sweat when you hold them. No pain, no constant pinching of sensitive skin with tweezers trying to get at the splinter. From tiny deep under the skin to large suction cups, accept no substitute.

Great little thing. It works exactly as the info says; You can gently pick up the pieces without blood or pain. I know because that's why I bought it. I used it right after it was delivered to myself. I removed the splinter bloodlessly and painlessly. The only part I disagree with is the need for tweezers. I dug up the splinter with Splinter Out but couldn't remove it without tweezers.
