When they first came out they were awfully big. They shrink a bit after washing and drying. They should probably be ironed to look really good, but I don't plan on doing that. Otherwise, they're good for a handkerchief.

Just 11 not 12. These are oddly cut, not a square and not a rectangle; they are curvilinear. It doesn't matter to me, but could it be a problem if you try to fold them for a suit pocket? The design is nice, but the white stripe draws more attention if you look closely (see pictures). The fabric from the packaging is not very soft, it resembles a pillowcase from 200 cans. During the flu epidemic, nobody thought that this gift was a joke. Each of the men was very grateful. In truth, there is nothing better than 100% white cotton. Even after many washes it still looks like new!

The material used is so thin that you can see through it. Update I washed them. Now zero stars, that's crap. They not only shrank, they shrank to the point of uselessness. See photos. The second shot is the product on one of my old tissues that I was looking to replace.

Like many tissue reviewers, I couldn't find them in my usual local stores, from Target to Macy's. So I went online. Exactly what I was looking for. This is good quality for manufacture or just for use as is. Soft yet durable, with neatly sewn seams, they can be embroidered, dyed and/or embellished with fabric markers. I wouldn't recommend using fabric paint as it would be too heavy for this fabric, but I've had good results with fabric markers and stencils. So why not 5 stars? Because they are made in China. I will look for another source.

I have bought these tissues as well as another brand of tissues that cost a little less and wish I could buy two packs of these! Another brand I bought was very poorly hemmed and I had to trim a lot of loose threads. However, they didn't have this problem. They wash well and are very soft. Since receiving these tissues, I've saved at least two boxes of disposable tissues from landfill. With seasonal allergies approaching, I'm glad I have strong, durable tissues instead of disposable tissues…

Exactly what I was hoping for in a handkerchief. I have severe allergies and always carry a handkerchief with me. I wanted a 100% cotton handkerchief that would not irritate my skin and wick moisture well. I've been living in Peru for 18 months now and my allergies are worse here than in the US. This product works very well.
