great buy men: men

excellent socks. good for steel toe boots and everyday wear. bought more. they can withstand washing and drying. He puts on the first pack for wear and tear, and we usually change socks at least once every 3 months.

Pros
  • looking forward to
Cons
  • some bugs

Good socks but do not match the picture

Note that the socks do not match the picture (and therefore do not match my previous pairs). They have dark gray stitching/reinforcement along the entire sole, not just on the toe and heel like the older versions. If you want all of your socks to match exactly, this might be a consideration. Otherwise they are doing well so far.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

They stretch easily

These socks stretch and lose their shape very easily. They are not very durable. The sole on the cushions is too thin for my taste.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

DOES NOT CONFORM TO DESCRIPTION - GOODS SHIPPED TWICE

I bought 2 packages for my husband, when he opened them he noticed that these were not the socks that the description said they were. Cheaper low quality socks. The seller either made a simple mistake TWICE or this is a bait and a clue.

Pros
  • Surprisingly
Cons
  • There are nuances

Possible counterfeits

Either Fruit of the Loom has changed something or it doesn't match what was advertised. I've been wearing these durable FOTL work socks for years. They lasted a long time, were packaged differently, and were much thinner (same as FOCL light work socks). This all leads to my theory that these are regular FOTL work socks repackaged to look like heavy duty socks. All of this to say that they aren't bad socks, they just don't have the cushioning and durability of the FOTL socks which I prefer. used

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
