I knew when ordering I would need a small (cut) insole to provide arch support (I've had a pair of Edlefs for 7 years and this is the next step in walking; they also need small insoles ), but unbeatable leather, construction, durability, balance and style make it the best choice for my wide CD feet. The product is very good. I had bought a similar shoe a few years ago and it has served me very well. However, I had to return it because I chose the wrong size. Mephisto is half the size of the number. So if you need like I needed 9.5 million, you have to ask for 9 million and you will be perfectly filled. Don't avoid these shoes because of the high price, you will get the shoes you like.

I love these shoes. They are really comfortable! The only thing I don't like (besides not being the sexiest shoe) is the Mephisto label on the sneakers. Last time I bought them at the shoe store the guy happily cut them off and told me he cuts them off for most people. Now that I bought them from Amazon I'm afraid to cut them myself.
