Great Tool: Rivets

I think this is one of the best tools Milwaukee has made. Extremely strong and easy to use. Stainless steel rivets are easy to use

Pros
  • Great Product
Cons
  • Alright

Works well without clearance

No problems with the tool so far. The quality seems good but the price is too high. Will update if anything changes, but so far it seems to be working fine with no issues.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Minor issues

No more air hose! - Fastener

I use a rivet gun many times a day for my job. So I had options: pneumatic rivet gun or manual. I am no longer tied to an air hose, which makes my work much more productive.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Expensive

Great design and easy to use

I love it! I used to make them by hand or from the air. This item is lightweight and very easy to use. And for those hard-to-reach spots, you can always remove the latch on the back, making it a lot smaller at the top.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

Can't beat Milwaukee

Bought at Review 17c33 for police cars as they have metal panels that are riveted to the doors. After making 50 rivets by hand, I went and ordered these. Pulls out a rivet in about a second and has a small tray for storing used rivets. My only complaint is that I wish they had bigger rivet inserts.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Almost as good as a HUCK airgun

Love it Performs well My only complaint is that the head feels a little loose from the body and the rivets don't pull back as they should sticking them in the latch with your finger or other rivet would be great too if they had a 1/4 version but so far so good I've popped over 200+ rivets with 1 2.0 charge and it is so great no have to lug the hoses around the store

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Don't really like it's ok

No rivets are difficult for this tool.

I use a hand held rivet gun and the size of the rivets makes it difficult to use a hand held rivet gun. It will handle any riveting situation very quickly. 1/4" stainless steel pulls through easily. Milwaukee Tools makes another winner. That's why I recommend all Milwaukee Tools Black Velvet Chimney tools and products.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Almost like a HUCK air pistol

Love it Has good strength, my only complaint is the head seems a bit loose from the body and the rivets won't pull back, you have to push them into the tab with your finger or other rivet, it would be great if too They had 1/4 but so far so good I've removed over 200 rivets with 1 2.0 charge and it's so great I don't have to lug hoses around the shop.

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons
  • There are even more interesting possibilities.

Makes working with blind rivets easier

Sometimes I build items that require blind rivets. I've owned several hand held rivet guns, most recently a professional gun that was expensive but had the leverage needed for large rivets. The problem is that if you're putting a lot of rivets in, you need Popeye's hands to do it. In view of major work, I bought a Milwaukee Power rivet gun. Game over. It is very easy to use and works very well. Couldn't be happier. This makes any job that requires riveting much easier and faster. Although it…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
