I bought this camera to use as a second source when working on projects like a POV cam. The user interface is quite simple. , on the sides there are rubberized buttons for power and various recording modes (video, time-lapse, audio only), and accessing the menu is quite easy. A couple of times after taking it out of the charger it wouldn't turn on and I had to manually reset it (put a small wire in the hole to push the button) but after that it worked fine.
