I have installed several models of this particular model. It's pretty functional when all the details are there. In several cases, the package was missing a tiny socket head cap screw used to attach the end brackets to the wall mount. That means a trip to Home Depot to try and find a fake.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE WALL ANCHORS. Buyers beware, if you're not installing studs on the walls, you'll need some anchors. I bought 3/16"×2" lever anchors from Home Depot. After getting what I needed, installation was pretty easy. Once you have measured everything, all you have to do is drill the panels into the wall. I glued a piece of gaff tape to the end of the pole to make it more secure. So far I am satisfied with the purchase.

I'm not a fan of towel rails of this type. Choice because I need to replace the original with the same design installed. The construction of these towel rails is not perfect but most of the towel rails have a similar style.I wish I had an idea to improve the design of the towel rails to be more durable,easy to install and won't fluctuate over time nor harm the Drywall not.
