I would have given this towel warmer a higher rating if Moen had used an older style wall fitting instead of the type supplied. If you are following the installation instructions for regular 1/2 inch drywall, the pole will not attach securely to the wall unless you attach it to the stud. By the time you've gone through the drywall, you've used up the screw. I haven't had much success using plastic wall anchors to hold weights and wet towels.
