Fussy Birds: Birds

Birds in my area seem to like nothing but millet. The rest had to be eaten by tree rats. So in general the pigeons didn't get much. I don't know if the pigeons would have removed everything else because I don't seem to have anyone around.

The best food for grieving doves

I have three flat trays on deck for grieving doves. I used to use other more expensive foods but feeding them this brand keeps getting more birds. Just a few minutes ago, seven pigeons were fighting for food outside in the rain!

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not the best

Caution corn in the house

Yes, the birds liked it. Particularly pleased with the different types of pigeons. But one thing. You need to be careful when storing bird seed indoors. Broken corn really attracts food moths. It is best to store all bird seed in shredders or garages in buckets with a tight-fitting lid.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for seniors

Favorite seeds and will only buy one now

This is great quality after trying several other brands this is the only brand I will buy I feed quail and pigeons and they love that they get full faster and it doesn't take much to get full. No big kernels of corn to pick up or put away because they left them. A clean product.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • not reliable

Birds and squirrels love it!

Wild animals love this birdseed. unfortunately they go by so quickly. hard for a paperback. Therefore, in my opinion, I would like the bag to be more economical. I also wish it wasn't with corn (since it's least popular) and less sunflower seeds as it gets sooooo messy. It's funny to see how the squirrels like it too.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Some troubles

Pigeons love it! Best in Birds

I love mourning doves and this year, seeing a couple of times under the same tree in my garden, I decided to lure them to make mine here at home. I'm going to put up a birdhouse and meanwhile I've put this seed under this tree and they've come every early morning and eaten every seed. I think the current price of $10.68 for a 7 lb bag is very reasonable.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Excellent stuff. 6 types+ in less than 24 hours!

I had a pigeon nesting outside my patio door in the morning so I decided to stop by and order some food for her. I ended up ordering this seed and after delivery I poured about half a cup into the patio and checked it from time to time. In less than 24 hours I saw several species of finches, cardinals, robins and squirrels (he was injured so I let him go to town), definitely I highly recommend this product and I will be ordering other varieties. Just to see, that's all I can show!

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • A few little things

Too Much Red Milo (January 2020)

Seeds appear to vary slightly by pack. The bag I received was mostly red. The birds scatter the seeds and pick the white millet and sunflower seeds and then leave the rest. In the photo with two types of seeds in the feeder, that feed is on the right (mostly red Milo) and Kaytee Dove feed is on the top left. Birds landing on the feed land and eating from the left with Kaytee bird seed. Although for some reason the price of Kaytee pigeon feed has skyrocketed (that's why I decided to try this…

They love it

That's it. The California apartment is on the second floor and features a 12ft x 6ft outdoor balcony. Every morning at dawn I lay out about 2 cups of this food on the balcony terrace. Less than 10 minutes later the finches arrive, followed by the morning pigeons. Usually 10-12 pieces. I counted 28 pigeons at once. At first it was difficult for me to count them because they were constantly moving. Then I discovered that I can get an accurate count if I put the seeds in and then sit in my living…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Reliable
