Description of Universal 9000-36000 Condenser Mounting Conditioner

Heavy Duty Outdoor Wall Bracket. Fits 9000-36000 Btu Units. Dimensions: Width: 33.5" Height: 18" Depth: 22". Adjustable for use with up to 9,000 - 36,000 BTU Units not exceeding a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs. It includes hardware for wall mounting. The use of mounting brackets raises the condensing unit above ground level for multi-floor mounting. As an alternative to ground level pads, some consumers find the use of mounting brackets useful for greater placement versatility and greater protection from dirt, snow, debris, floods, vandalism, etc. Slight rearward tilt is designed for safety purposes. Bracket is designed for masonry wall mount, for stud wall mount proper blocking must be made between studs to insure bracing will accommodate bracket weight load. Requires 1/2 inch (12 mm) bit.

When installing on a typical dual 4 x vinyl fairing you will need 3-1" thick washers under the top horizontal section or you will crush the first section of fairing and the shoulder…

Not siding ready, but adaptable.

Good quality bracket but was not aware when purchased that it was intended for attachment to brick/stone/concrete and had no features for attachment to sidewalls/posts. I made it Here's how: - I have 16" studs - The included top mounting bracket barely attaches to three studs without modification. The instructions say the top mount is non load bearing but it is very strong and I think it can take some loads. - I leveled the bracket, then marked and drilled holes for the top bracket - The…
