Due to all the bad reviews I was apprehensive about buying this but after I got it it was what I was looking for. I've been waiting for it to really warm up in the sun after wearing it for the first time to take it off and center it, but it's been a great purchase since then. On hot days it doesn't get any hotter than in a car, it's warm of course since the sun shines on it all day, but generally I can hold the steering wheel after getting in the car.
