Not worth the money spent, Netgear tech support was useless

I had to replace it because it didn't work the first time a few hours it gets slower and slower I have to reset it every day , I would advise looking elsewhere given the price of this device.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I don't remember

Great router/modem but limitations

This is a great product but as it is a modern version for WiFi 6 it has limitations that this new model should not have. You can only connect to 30 devices. I have a modern home where everything is controlled via Wi-Fi and voice assistants, so my old modem could handle more devices than this modern one. This can be a big deal breaker and result in switching to a modem that supports modern technologies.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Can I add something?

There are problems with combos Modem router

We bought this one because it is one of the "approved" for cox internet in our area. They were able to help us set it up and hook it up over the phone. Has worked very well for several weeks. We almost reached full download and upload speeds (which we pay extra for). BUT, after a few weeks it started to slow down dramatically. Videos started to take MUCH longer to load (almost all day). Call Hassell and reset everything to old. The technical support from the ISP and Netgear was not very good.

  • Several competitors

DO NOT BUY the best networking products

I have bought 2 Netgear modems/routers in the last month and a half, both units are complete junk. The first device was the Orbi 6. This worked fine for the first 3 weeks and then, boom, it froze. The second Netgear product did not deliver the promised speeds. I called the cable tech to check the wiring. He ran a speed test and said I'm getting speed data from an outlet. I reinstalled my old router and got 500 from the router. It was a failed division of Netgear. I have gig speed internet but I

Very nice combination box

Bought to replace an obsolete plagiarized cable modem from a sudden reference. There was a 17-year-old cable modem that couldn't support the new higher speeds. Suddenlink sent a new router with a Wifi 6 cable modem, but as usual it was a very cheap product with two ethernet ports. I have decided to buy a new combination device of higher quality. Turns out it was just a ticket. Easy to install, fast and has enough range to cover my whole house when installed on the side my office is on. This…
