A 15 year old wears them to the high school baseball game. They accommodate his wide feet and provide arch support. No other boots offer that. I wish New Balance made footballs and football boots too!

I don't actually use them for baseball. I have a fairly steep slope in my yard that I have to stand and move on to tend the lawn. The shoes give me enough support and prevent me from slipping. I've tried a few other devices that attach to shoes, but they just don't work. This baseball shoe with metal studs is the best for me. They have a wide size but they are a bit tight. But that's ok since I only use it once a month.

Always buy New Balance boots as we are used to great fit and quality. However, this pair only lasted 4 months in baseball. Complete garbage. The inserts fell apart, as did the heel area. Our son only wears them 3 days a week and we were on summer break. We have never had a pair that lasted less than 9 months. Honestly, I'm wondering if this pair was counterfeit by Revain.
