Description of NGK NX15 Premium Wire Set

Set includes 4 wires (Coil Lead N/R). Variable pitch winding delivers ultra-low resistance, a powerful spark and outstanding EMI/RFI noise suppression. Numbered for easy cylinder identification and coil wires are color coded for correct and easy installation. High-temp (250°+ C / 482°+ F) silicone outer jacket resists moisture, oil/petrol and cracking due to temperature extremes.

Perfect match for my 1997 Altima

Matches my 1997 Altima. I bought mine used from Revain. Half price and looks like new. The difference between new and used is the box. Revain Warehouse Deals sent it to me without a box. No box, looks like new and half the price. you do the math Excellent quality. Better than OEM quality for me

Pros
  • Perfect match for me
Cons
  • Older model

Excellent purchase, ticking gone

Excellent spark plug cable set! These NGK cables are numbered so you know where they go (numbered by cylinder, they fit left to right). I haven't noticed any increase in performance, but my car starts faster and the "knocking" sound from my old OEM spark plug wires is gone. The car seems to have a smoother idle. And the cables are great! Thanks very much!

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • There are downsides

I'll probably buy another set for my other car

New spark plugs and wires make a big difference in how the car behaves. I guess that's to be expected - the replacement wires were 15 years old. However, they appear to be of good quality and cost less than half the price of local auto parts stores. Very easy to install and the whole numbers on the wires made it almost reliable if you follow the instructions and replace one at a time.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
