Great buy for Zelda fans

The body is very slim and the Hyrule/Lorule design is great. I find the XL much easier to hold than the regular 3DS because I have long fingers. The game itself is one of the best I've ever played. It's not as linear as the others, so you can choose which dungeons you want to go into first, which creates a lot of issues in terms of weapons. All in all, a great buy for fans of the franchise.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Perfect! suitable for Nintendo systems

This is a gift for my husband (I have a plain blue DS XL) and he loves it. He almost always has the device in his hand, either because we play games together or when he's nostalgic for his favorite childhood games. play. The color has not yet deteriorated, faded or worn off which I was concerned about. I grew up in a time when gold plastic was becoming brittle, but so far it looks like I have nothing to worry about.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons

I played mostly on my Pokemon Y and it was a lot of fun, the only thing that annoys me is that my thumbs hurt after a while. Because the system is designed for people with small hands. I've really hoped things would be fine since I bought the XL version, but these are the same issues as the regular 3DS. However, if you've only been playing for an hour or so, you'll be fine. But a long flight and your big toes can get really sore. Small complaint but wanted someone to know if they were…

Every time I look at it or hold it I feel happy

I prefer silver to gold except in Legend of Zelda. I don't think this system could be nicer. A very useful addition to my collection of LoZ items. Never had any problems (actually I've never had any problems with any Nintendo stuff I've had since the N64 and up until now). I find that loading A Link Between Worlds instead of a cartridge is very convenient as I don't have to pull out another game I've just played when switching between them. As for the game itself, I find it very fun and…

Great buy for Zelda fans

I've wanted a Nintendo 3DS for a long time and as a Legend of Zelda fan I bought it straight away. It arrived 3 days faster than expected (it was restocked when I ordered) and was in perfect brand new condition. I received everything with the purchase - the charging cable, documents, and the Link Between Worlds download code - and have had no problems with it so far. The colors look much better in real life and the Triforce stands out very well against the gold background. However, I bought a…

It's one of the best styled 3DS XL's out there (and of course.

Gold on the top case, black on the bottom (battery area). Best styled 3DS XL on the market (and of course after I bought this one they made Yoshi One FML a month later. be a killer?) The game comes with a digital download which requires internet, keep that in mind. The game itself is a simplified SNES port of Zelda updated with the new 3DS. It was worth the nostalgia, although personally I would have enjoyed a brand new Zelda story rather than another retelling. ANOTHER 3DS model with a second…

Nintendo 3DSXL Legend of Zelda Edition

This console just looks great! I was very lucky to find a console that was marked as used by Revain but it was actually brand new, the packaging was a little wrinkled but never mind the console was in brand new condition. I downloaded the game from the Nintendo Store with no problems, although it didn't work for several days due to the fixes they made. I love the color of this console, it's a beautiful gold color and the Triforce looks freaking cool! It has it on the front and it goes on the…

Great for Zelda fans

I wasn't a big fan of the portable 3D idea. I don't really like 3D movies and I refuse to buy a 3D TV. To be honest, I was planning on getting a 2DS to play A Link Between Worlds. When I saw this bundle containing a Zelda style 3DS and the game I was planning to buy the 2/3DS for I knew why not. 3D working or not (can't show full 3D system, I only have LBW). When I sit on the couch and hold the console perfectly still, it looks good and definitely delivers. I play most of the time even though…

Much more so than the original 3DS I thought!

This 3DS XL is great. Unfortunately, I missed out on ever getting a DSi XL. I only had the DS lite and when I finally thought about upgrading, the 3DS was about to be released in 2011 so I never got it. That being said, I just want to point out that I also own the original 3DS. This time, however, I didn't want to give up the XL, so I finally gave in and got it. I just couldn't get past this limited edition. The most important thing I wanted to point out in this review is the size difference…
