I totally agree with the top critical review. Was a waste of money

I usually trust Optimum Nutrition and have been using their products for many years. It was a hit. Save your money, don't buy this product. I will also trust their products a lot less in the future.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Not at all what I expected

When I get my pre-workout blend I actually expect it to help me strengthen during my workout. That didn't happen. First, it doesn't mix well. I've used it over 10 times to give it a fair shot and needed a pre workout to go to the gym. I would add water and stir constantly for at least 2-3 minutes and still have particles floating in the drink. Second, bad taste. It's supposed to be a fruit punch flavor, but all that's left is a powdery fruit punch flavor, which isn't even a strong flavor. How…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Smart marketing to reach a specific demographic

First of all, I'm 42 and I love Optimum Nutrition products. I've been using their Gold Standard Whey for years and their creatine for a year. Some days it takes longer to recover from a workout and when I saw FIT 40 Whey Protein I thought I should try it. I used it for about a month during which time I used up all the powder. the serum seemed to work just like the gold standard so I decided to compare two baths side by side. Here's what I found: A can of FIT 40 weighs 1.8 pounds and costs more.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
