📱 Norsk Mobilization Wedge - OPTP Original (611) Review

I was looking for a Norsk mobilization wedge to get the exact same wedge my PT uses for home use. It looked the same, but when it arrived it was much softer. Even in the plastic case in which it was delivered, it is non-returnable. Disappointing. I should have read the reviews which basically said what I just said.

I was surprised it wasn't better for my spine. I heard it was intense but really no more than a foam roller. It's better than lacrosse balls in a sock and I really like that they hit the spot at the base of the skull. All in all a worthwhile addition despite the high price.

I needed a limb immobilisation pad and didn't pay attention to the exact size. After receiving this product, I realized my mistake. Never used this item, never took the wedge out of the packaging. This product cannot be returned. Buyers be careful don't make my mistake! My personal assessment: The material is very hard and I would never put my cervical spine in it. I only gave one star because I had to!

This item is excellent for a degree of self adjustment. There is actually a good YouTube video (google it) that shows an experienced physical therapist demonstrating how to properly use this wedge. Some people have heard their spines crack like they're going through chiropractic surgery, but I haven't heard it. I did stretch a bit though and it relaxed my back in the areas I was focusing on. I find this to be a good addition to your personal back physiotherapy arsenal. Be careful when using it…
