Will not work with flange bolts and will not align.

Does not work with flanged screws and does not go deep enough into the point of the screw head that the drill bit does not move.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Bracket is in sets of wires

Drill bit is broken and fused in bracket making everything unusable, bracket is not designed for correct size bit. The bit it expects you to have is 1/16 inch, which is far too brittle for that.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Negative present

it's not as useful as i thought

it's not as useful as i thought. I use threaded parts to hold the screw I'm drilling. But the part that should hold the screw head doesn't work well with small screws.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • unreliable

Maybe useful junk - parts

Ordered nervously based on reviews. After using it, I can't help but agree. That being said, there is a way to make this tool somewhat useful. I welded two small plates along the threads of the bolt, and then drilled and tapped for a slightly larger fine-threaded bolt, right in the middle of the bracket. The nut is now held securely and straight in the jig - I mainly use it for drilling brass and aluminum caps and AN (plain) hardware. On STEEL I would just drill a few 16 holes either side of…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
