My key fob arrived with an extra thistle and no dragonfly. It shouldn't be difficult to fix, dragonfly charms are fairly easy to find, but it's meant to be a gift so having to fix it when it should arrive as shown is frustrating. I'll give it to them anyway, but I'll offer to fix it if needed. The quality is ok, I'm not disappointed.
