Well I've had it 24 hours and it's smaller than pictured - especially the foot wedge. The foam pillow does not fill at least 2.5 inches of fabric material. At first I thought it was due to the airpack compression (for shipping) but it's not. Pillow/foam is definitely smaller than a fabric cover. Glaucoma, heartburn and sometimes I snore. With the old traditional pillow with armrests, my head fell forward and I snored.
