    Highly recommended! 10 stars!

These socks are awesome! Extremely soft and comfortable. I have given my 6 kids, 1 boyfriend and 2 of her girlfriends, my parents, my husband and myself each a pair of Christmas stockings and they all love them! I strongly recommend them.

    No more hotspots! in clothes

Holy Cow! Much better than my merino wool socks. I swore by merino wool until I tried it! No hot spots, no wet stuff sticking to your socks after a hike. Much softer than Merino wool. Barely feels wet after a few miles of hiking in the summer heat. There are no bubbles either. Amazing investment

    Great but big

Bought these for my husband who is very into socks due to problems with his feet. He likes these socks - they are soft and warm, but at the same time they don't make his feet sweaty. I took off a star because they are big. I ordered the correct size based on his measurements but the socks are still a bit big. You might want to downsize.

    Warm, beautiful and fits well!

I found warmer socks that are cheaper! They still feel great but at 76 and in colder weather I'll be wearing cheaper socks at home. I'm barefoot inside and yes, I do go on deck for Revain supplies. Alpaca socks are comfortable in my boots. I can buy another pair but it depends on local availability of cheaper socks.

    I love these alpaca socks!

I usually wear these socks when I go hiking in winter. I've always been allergic to sheep's wool, but alpaca wool isn't a problem. These socks are very plush, soft and warm. I've put them through the wash a few times, hung them to dry and again they look even more plush and soft than when new. So far I haven't had any problems with shrinking. I will buy a few more pairs.

    • Good marks for support and durability from testers
    Cons
    • Definitely bad product

Very comfortable and suitable for both heat and cold

I bought these socks after trying this seller's alpaca socks (they are fantastic too). I plan on using these socks for snowboarding but I used them for a short day hike last weekend and was very impressed with how breathable they are in 30 degree weather. As an added bonus, these socks are so soft I've worn them as slippers at home. my cold tiled floor and they insulated my feet well. I'll probably be buying a few more pairs for gifts this holiday season. 5/5!

Soft and durable, highly recommended, worth the price.

I have 3 pairs now and they have all survived many washes and are still springing and stretching to keep from sagging. If you are looking for the warmest moisture-wicking material, alpaca is the right choice. They last forever and don't stink, and even if they do after a very long time, just hang them up or throw them over a chair and they smell nice. This is when you can't get to the washing machine. Maybe bacteria in alpacas just can't multiply well. I once found a pair at a fiber fair and…

    Comfortable, soft all-weather socks

I'm a big fan of socks and these are one of my favorites. As an outdoorsman in Colorado, I find these socks perfect for whatever weather Colorado throws at me. Warm in the winter and breathable/cool in the summer, these socks really can be worn all year round. In the past I've had problems with athlete's foot after long hikes. Since using these socks, the aloe treatment and breathability have prevented athlete's foot from recurring. MARVELOUS! If you're looking for true COMFORT and want to feel
