Correct replacement cartridge for 910-024

This product was a great replacement for my Treviso 48D series faucet. I needed part number 910-024. According to Pfister's website, buried somewhere deep in the support section, the replacement part is 910-032. Elsewhere I read that Pfister retrospectively added 0's to at least some and possibly all part numbers and possibly even ignored the hyphen, so I needed that part, 910-0320. Get rid of junk in big stores.

When my Price Pfister faucet started leaking after 8 years, I knew the cartridges needed to be replaced. I did what most people would do, grabbed one as a sample and went to my local hardware store for a replacement. I previously replaced the cold stem on this faucet with a $12 Danco 3G-3C brass stem from…

Read this when replacing old parts #910-024 and #910-025.

My faucet (formerly Price Pfister Treviso) used cartridges #910-024 and #910-025. These parts have been superseded by the newer part numbers 910-031 and 910-032. The instructions for this new cartridge state that the brass retaining nut from the old cartridge should be reused and the new white plastic retaining cup and red or blue o-ring (both visible in Revain's photo of the cartridge) discarded. HERE I HAD SOME PROBLEMS: The knurled black plastic shaft has the small black o-ring shown in the…
