I don't think I've ever come across such a crappy product. It should be updated and earned. I took it out of the box and put it in my pocket. The DVD tray did not open. General. Eventually it opened up about 1/4 inch with a small pull. Not anymore, unless I want to rip it out completely. I don't know who is responsible for quality control, or maybe it broke during shipping, but it's useless. I'll get a replacement and see if it was just an accident. Very disappointing.

This is one of the best buys I have ever received. To enjoy 4K Blu-ray, you must first set it to 4K UHD, 24p output that plays movies so that you can get 4K cinema experience. This is called 24 ideal movement speeds. The player's menu isn't the easiest to program, but if you want the best picture you should upscale it to 4K and play at 24Hz.
