The fuel gauge cover is suitable, may not show the fuel level accurately.

The fuel gauge cover fits snugly and screws securely into the tank, but the fuel gauge is not very accurate and usually indicates that you have less fuel than is actually in the tank. FYI, it's best to visually check the fuel level with this gauge cap.

Parts identical to factory

This was a replacement for the Polaris factory display. Apparently the basic design is a bit different as there are a few protrusions on a flat surface that can break causing the sensor not to read (a problem the original sensor had), but for now at least one replacement works after a few Time. a few bumpy rides.

I bought this gas cap for a 2004 Polaris Scrambler.

I bought this gas cap for a 2004 Polaris Scrambler 500 because the car can't tell how much fuel you have left. This is very convenient as you no longer have to remove the gas cap to see how much fuel you have left. So far this has worked quite well and accurately. I will update this later as time goes by.
