This lint remover works, but be careful about the materials you use it on. This worked great on my suede sofa, but it damaged my cushions by pulling on the strings. This works great on my shaggy comforter but not on my weighted comforter. So far anything with raised patterns/stitching is not the best for this device. I need it more for my sofa and the blankets my cats occupy, so it's perfect in that regard.

I used it on my sofa. He did an excellent job getting rid of the fluffy balls, though. it caught and pulled on the fabric I was trying to photograph in the third photo (it looks worse live). So I would be afraid to try it on clothes so keep that in mind. I've tried different ways, with light strokes, short and long, at different angles, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Either way, it's a good product, but be careful because it's definitely not gentle.
