I was afraid this blanket would scratch: To my big surprise, it's soft, very comfortable and worth every penny of its price. It feels soft and warm, better than any other wool blanket I have! I would buy more in different colors if needed. This is a great rug, I have not benefited from this review, price or discount.

I used to buy blankets that were too small for a bed. I didn't want anything the size of a mattress. I wanted a warm blanket to go down the sides of the bed a bit, not just cover the top. I know it's a bit wasteful, but this might be the only blanket you'll ever need. (Unless, of course, you have a large family and end up ordering blankets for every bed in the house.) Warm and cozy, I no longer have to cover my bed with multiple blankets. This Poyet Motte rug is a high quality product.

This is a very high quality duvet. It's not as thick and heavy as I thought, but very comfortable. This duvet seems to breathe and magically adjusts to just the right temperature. Before using this blanket I put on blankets because I was cold and after a few hours I woke up in a sweat. With this blanket as our only blanket, I fall asleep quickly and never wake up at night. I probably don't need to say this, but I missed it - be sure to check this duvet before the return period ends. Washing for the first time today and found that only three sides of the duvet have satin edges (don't know why this has been overlooked so far, but I guess it doesn't matter). The ceiling has a certain smell. No chemical smell but I think wool is the only way I can describe it. Although it's awkward. I have wool sweaters that don't smell, so I don't know why this happens. I washed it once to get rid of the smell. I washed it then dried it on a delicate fabric (no problem at all.
