Love it! My shoulder bothered me when I first started doing cross stitches. I can use it in different ways to support my arm/shoulder while sitting in bed. The book light is great too. I definitely feel like I paid $30 for the pillow and $30 for the light. But actually I'm very satisfied. The pillow came with extra filling which was torn and flaky and frankly a bit rough (that's why it got 4 stars. I chose a firm pillow to use confidently without having full support behind it (e.g. wall or headboard). As described, it holds up great with no extra support. I have just had surgery and am spending a lot of time upright and need this support. The headrest was a little awkward to attach (I'm 5ft 5in) so I ended up using it as a lumbar support. little light at night instead of a ceiling or bedside lamp. The extra pillow for wrist support is also a good addition. The extra side pockets are great
