Excellent very high quality handle

These handles are a perfect match for my 1991 Era Anderson windows. These new handles have greatly improved the opening and closing of my Anderson windows. The keys in the original grips are worn and do not engage the crank well. The color of the new handles is also perfect. The pens are very high quality and the price is fantastic. If you are considering replacing Anderson windows because they are difficult to open and close, you should first replace this crank arm and lubricate the pivot…

Not suitable for Crestline wing grip.

Bought hoping the screw tip would be compatible with my Crestline window handle but it is not. The screw is a Phillips head and the tip is flat rather than pointed. The Crestline window handle is knurled and its original handle has a pointed (very sharp) screw that wears out and will not fit the edge of the knurled jamb. Also, the width of the replacement screw is quite thick which means it should probably be used where there is a HOLE for the post to fit/fit in rather than just flat or contour

Cheaper products don't always work

I purchased this product as part of a project to clean, lubricate, repair and replace the 30 year old tie rods and hinges on our Anderson casement windows. This was the second batch of grips I've ordered from Revain. The first delivery went well. These grips didn't fit and didn't work. Even the screw to attach the crank was different. The connecting rods of the first delivery were cross-slotted; they were flat or slotted. Unfortunately I missed the return window and just had to throw this batch
